Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns as all of our jewelry is handmade to order. There are some exemptions to this return policy, and we can discuss your situation at info@satamber.com. It is our priority to ensure our customers are always happy! In some cases we will allow exchanges if possible.
If jewelry is damaged, or broken due to shipping, we will repair or replace damaged parts. Please email us at info@satamber.com
Shipping, Taxes and Duties
All shipping rates are calculated through UPS and all packages are insured at their full value to protect your merchandise.
We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
International Shipping
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the tax-free threshold, if it exists, for goods imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the recipient, and these fees are collected at the time of delivery.
