The Law of Gratitude

Satamber - The Law of Gratitude

As we know, we live on a polarity planet where two frequencies are competing for our thoughts, feelings and actions at all times: the love frequency and the fear frequency.

In the spectrum of these frequencies, practicing gratitude is one of the highest expressions of love. Spending a few minutes a day counting our blessings, can give us a boost of energy and positivity that makes our days flow with ease, creativity and joy.

In addition, there is a law of nature that is not often talked about: the Law of Gratitude.

The law of gratitude says that once we express gratitude, our vibratory frequency is automatically and instantly switched to the positive vibration. This is especially useful in situations that are less than fortunate.

For example, say your car is broken into. This can be, of course, a very stressful situation that puts us in a state of, perhaps, panic, anger, fear or worry. These are all negative vibrations, meaning, they do not make us feel good. And more importantly, these are not mental states that will allow good decision making. Obviously, if our car is broken into, we need to make a few decisions. Do I report this to the police? Who do I call for help if my window is smashed? Do I call the insurance company? Do I need to seek shelter in case the criminal is nearby? If my wallet is stolen, which credit cards should I immediately cancel?

Here’s where the Law of Gratitude comes into play. Instead of reacting immediately, take a few seconds and find something to express gratitude for.

I’m so grateful my car is still here. I’m grateful that I’m safe. I’m grateful all that was stolen was my purse which it and its contents are replaceable. I’m grateful I have car insurance. I’m grateful that I have friends that can help me.

See how good this feels already? Just saying a few little sentences of gratitude has now put us in a positive frequency, ready for positive decisions making!

Use this law when and as often as needed. Even if you need to practice it as much as once every 15 minutes, do it! It will help you feel better and you will be set up to take positive actions.

In addition to practicing gratitude, there are so many tools on the planet that can help us stay aligned on the path of expansion and joy.
